Northumbria- Walter's Marketplace

Well, this series is finally at an end, as I have finally completed it I'm moving on to other things. One final and special lot is available for you.
This lot is dedicated to Wawa (Walter) who requested a lot that could double as an apartment lot and a marketplace. There is a hack that allows you to do this, but I wanted to make the lot available to those without Apartment Life, so I have not changed the lot. It remains a Residential lot, and you will have to go in and enter the special cheats to make it function as an apartment building and/or marketplace, or hotel. There are two cottages on the side, as you can see. They are furnished complete with medieval objects, but mostly maxis recolors. I had peasants in mind when I built these cottages, so they are suitable for your lower class sims and rather small. There are no bathrooms included, as I was aiming for realism when I built these, but there are various objects you can use to satisfy your sim's bladder functions. (Sunni's objects come to mind, click on the link at the bottom.)
The main building has plenty of space for community objects- and you can turn it into a number of different things. It would be suitable for a tavern, bathhouse (which could help the nearby sims to bathe properly), or barber shop- the choice is up to you. In the main building there is also an area you can use for another living space, if you have Apartment Life you only need to furnish it and place the doors that divide the area. Additionally, you can make the entire lot function as a home business- it would work very well as a Bordello or "House of ill-repute." ;)
Along with the usual items I use for this series you will find:
I hope you have enjoyed this series. Thank you and comments are always appreciated :)

This looks so AWESOME! Thank You for creating it. I feel honoured that the last lot was done special for me. Gonna have to grab all the goodies, then download it. Big Canuck Bear Hug! (Can't wait to see the Spanish influence unfold!)

Hey Amy. I keep getting an error report when I try to open the zipfile. I've downloaded it twice ... and still the same. And the link for the floors by Jope create open Not Found error page.

Walter.....you don't need the floors by Jope as they are included in the lot. But the link is this:

Simplystyling.de

The lot is pretty big. Make sure you have waited long enough for it to download. But I opened it up and it worked fine for me. It's a zip file....so it should be okay.

If you have any other problems Walter please let me know and I will send it to you via email! Blogger is acting very strange and keeps inserting text in front of my links! (Although the download itself should be fine.)

Beautiful work Amy. It's wonderful to have a whole set of these lots with a similar style to them. I'm trying to decide the right spot to put them all together...
