This is about hair. We often get information requests about where to find medieval fair, bristly, bushy, thick, spare, pooklet'd, long, short, oily, plaited, wavy, straight, covered, grey, brown, frizzy, curly, sandy, shaggy, white, or black hair for our Sims.

This hair is a Sims Medieval Conversion, originally found Here by Marja.

2 versions; With and Without the circlet. Teen - Elder mesh, other ages removed. Mesh included (in both links), Elders get Pipe Bomb and Mail Bomb (Greys) and Time Bomb is included for T-E as a custom.

Male Coif

I started to share these Saturday but I didn't feel well so I took a nap. I didn't wake up until late Sunday evening lol So better late than never, here are the male coifs.
The hair comes in the four basic colors with gray linked to the black, it was binned with CatOfEvilGenius's new tool.
This one is maxis match because I was unable to use the psd AlmightyHat made me. For the coif texture I used the same mash up of a few seamless linen textures I used on my female coif. You also get a burlap coif for your serfs because Vampire_of_Death suggested it.

Female Coif

This is the first mesh in my coif set, today you get the all ages ladies coif. It's binned using CatOfEvilGenius's new tool, and the gray is linked to the black. I used the front of base game lowbun hair because unlike the people in the middle ages I think a seven head is unattractive. I made the texture for the coif with some cobbled together linen pictures I found online and the texture for the hair itself was taken out of AlmightyHat's Good Starting Point hair http://hat-plays-sims.dreamwidth.org/ Hat uses Pooklet's actions http://pooklet.dreamwidth.org/ and they look great even on the base game hair Hat has shared. I only did family one because I'm too busy meshing (ok, I'm lazy and busy with toddler clothing) I used Melodie9's child and toddler low bun hair for the base of those ages. I'd like to thank everybody who commented and made suggestions for this set.

Medieval Veils

Medieval Veils for Ladies: Adult, Young Adult & Elder

Hey there everyone! Since I'm not currently bogged down with finals or homework, I thought I would share something I know some of you could use. Medieval style veils! I wanted something elegant for my Anglo Saxon and Norman sims, without being too heavy, and here is the result.

These are pretty simplistic, and although Celebrations is required, you don't need an additional mesh. I essentially just fiddled around with the alpha and recolored the results. For every hair color there is a white veil, plus four

additional veils in blue, green, magenta and red. Unwanted ages have been removed and files have been binned as well.

I have been working on lots of things and hope to find more time to actually prepare my creations and upload them!

To download these veils, click on the link at the top and follow the directions for the public servers. I know some people have difficulty with file planet, but mediafire is loaded with spyware, therefore I try to avoid it at all costs.
