I got the idea of making some medieval window panes, that could be placed in all kind of windows. The object I used is called Wall Sticker by Sims2cri.
I made two recolours and included the mesh.
You can find it in the catalogue under Wall Hangings.
NOTE: You have to place it with "moveobjects on" and "boolprop snapObjectsToGrid false" inside of the windows. It's non-transparent and can only be seen on one side,
from the backside it's invisible. Of course, it still lets the light through.
This is too cool! I will totally use this! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteWow, very nice! Ingrid, I will definitely use those!

ReplyDeleteThat is so cool Ingrid! And we could even just flip it around and have it both on the inside and outside of the window. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteYes, absolutely. This is great!
ReplyDeleteYaaaaaaaaaay! I've been wanting this for years!
ReplyDeleteI really like this too. But did you ever consider recoloring the actual glass in the window?
ReplyDeleteI love it, Ingrid!!!
ReplyDeleteYou're not the only who's gonna use them.
Thank you.
Thanks a lot for your feedback! I'm surprised to see people actually might have a use for it.
ReplyDeletePerhaps I will do a few more.
@Anonymous: With most windows, the glass parts (if there are any) are not recolourable. I tried with some, but the result was not to my satisfaction.
